Products & Availability

All product descriptions, images, and pricing on our site are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but cannot guarantee that your screen's color representation will be exact.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

You will receive an order confirmation email after a successful order. Order acceptance is only confirmed when we send a fulfillment notification.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of applicable product costs. Shipping fees, delivery fees, and any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store your full payment card details.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

We offer three fulfillment methods: local pickup in Alpharetta, GA; local delivery to select North Atlanta-area zip codes; and nationwide shipping. Availability, fees, and timelines differ per method.

Order Issues & Customer Support

If there is a problem with your order — damaged items, missing products, or a fulfillment error — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work to make it right.

You can reach us via our Text Support page or by emailing us. We respond to all inquiries within one business day.

SMS Terms for Customer Support

When you contact us via our text-based support option, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lowlands House in response. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support. We do not use SMS for unsolicited promotional messages without separate opt-in.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable and specialty nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will issue a refund or replacement for orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Orders may be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Once an order is packed or in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

All content on this website — including text, photography, branding, and design — is the property of Lowlands House or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
