Best cooked the Dutch way
We tried these in the air fryer, but for us, they just don’t deliver that proper Dutch snack-bar crunch and texture. For the real experience, we recommend frying them in a good neutral frying oil until beautifully crisp and golden, following the cooking directions on the package.
No deep fryer? No problem. A sturdy, deep-sided steel saucepan works beautifully too. If you do have a deep fryer, even better.
