Marieke Vintage Gouda is for the person who likes Gouda with real age and presence. Firm, concentrated and deeply savory, it develops the rich caramelized, nutty character and crystalline texture that make well-aged Gouda such a special part of a cheese board.
Cut it into small shards for a borrelplank, pair it with dried fruit and nuts, or let it stand on its own with a good glass of wine. A little goes a long way — this is Gouda with depth, structure and a long finish.
