Serve them together on a cheese board, slice them for sandwiches and snacks, or taste them side by side to explore how dramatically Gouda can change with seasoning and age. Each cheese is handmade in small batches by Forx Farm in Upstate South Carolina using authentic Dutch recipes and raw milk sourced from certified local dairies.
