General Promotions

Promotional offers (discount codes, site-wide sales, bundle pricing) are valid only for the stated duration and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. Unless otherwise stated, promotions apply to regularly priced items only.

• One promotional code per order unless stated otherwise
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers
• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders
• We reserve the right to cancel orders where a promotional code was used fraudulently

The Founders List

The Founders List is our early-access community for people who signed up before or during the launch of Lowlands House. By joining the Founders List, you consent to receive email updates about our launch, new products, and exclusive offers.

Founders List members may receive early access to new products, exclusive pricing, or launch-day offers. These benefits are at our discretion and may change over time.

You can unsubscribe from the Founders List at any time using the link in any email we send. Unsubscribing does not affect any orders you've placed.

Beta Access Program

During our beta period, access to ordering may be restricted to invited users. Beta access may include early pricing or assortment that is not available at full launch.

Beta pricing and assortment are subject to change. Participation in beta does not guarantee perpetual access to beta terms after public launch.
