How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your Lowlands House account and associated personal data at any time. Please fill out the form on this page and include the email address associated with your account.
If you have an order number, including it helps us locate your records faster.
What Happens Next
After receiving your request, we will:
- Acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Verify your identity if needed before making any changes
- Process the deletion within 30 days
- Confirm by email when your data has been removed
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove your personal information from our systems, including your account details, stored addresses, email marketing subscriptions, and contact history.
We may retain certain transaction records as required by law (e.g., for tax compliance) even after a deletion request. These records are kept in an anonymized or minimized form.
Third-Party Data
We will also submit deletion requests to our service providers (Shopify, Klaviyo, Stripe) on your behalf as part of the process. These providers have their own data handling timelines and obligations.
