Fulfillment & Market Associate
This is a hands-on role at the center of the House. You will help keep our products organized, prepare customer orders with care, and make sure each parcel leaves us as thoughtfully as it arrived.
What you'll help us do
- Receive and unpack incoming inventory
- Restock and organize products
- Pick customer orders accurately
- Pack customer orders carefully and consistently
- Prepare shipments and shipping labels
- Assist with refrigerated and frozen order preparation where applicable
- Help receive freight and supplier deliveries
- Maintain an organized and clean fulfillment area
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Help improve operational processes as Lowlands House grows
What we're looking for
- Careful, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of hands-on work
- Able to work on-site in Alpharetta, Georgia
- Comfortable learning products, packing standards, and fulfillment routines
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
